Located near a pretty fountain in a garden close to a subway station, this hotel is an affordable choice for budget travellers. the breakfast includes warm scrambled eggs, sausages, and a variety of other options. the front desk staff is helpful and friendly.
Some guests noted that the air conditioning was not effective in the rooms.

For the price, the hotel provides clean rooms, ideal for travellers with low budget. Taxi are just in front of the hotel. Breakfast simple and ok. Hotel has everything to sleep correctly in the center of Sao Paulo.
The pictures provided on the website are not representative. Overall the hotel does not meet the design and comfort standards that can be expected by business travellers. The street and direct environment provides a feeling of unsecurity. The reception does not speak well english.

Great location near public transport and local amenities. Easy walking distance to key landmarks. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and well-maintained rooms with effective air conditioning. Enjoyable breakfast with plenty of choice.
Slightly noisy due to nearby construction. Some rooms lack safety deposit boxes.

The location was perfect, with a pretty fountain in the garden opposite the theater and close to a subway station. The breakfast provided eggs, sausages, cereals, fruits, cake, juice. The staff was kind and helpful, and the roomvery comfy and tidy for a family of four.

Spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and overall had a great time! The staff was really friendly and helpful, always smiling and making you feel welcome. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of fruit and options to choose. Conveniently located close to many bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked really well too!
The noise level outside, with lots of traffic and people partying during New Year's Eve. However, this is not the hotel's fault and didn't really impact a good night's sleep.
